Michael Le Cardinal

Michael Le Cardinal was born in 1971 in Boulogne-Billancourt (France). He is a former graduate student in the French University of La Sorbonne Nouvelle with major in Cinema and Audiovisual. From 1994 to 1995, he was a programming assistant for the prestigious French Cinematheque. He helped organize tributes and retrospectives (Mario Bava, Alain Resnais, Tim Burton). Then he worked successively as a film critic for French magazines (Telerama, DVD Mania...), as a TV production assistant for the French national lottery, and as a post-production assistant (TV5, Prestige TV). He is now based in Hong Kong where he has helped as part of crew and/or cast in the making of several Fresh Wave & Baptist University short films, including "Time Stopper" by Albert & Herbert Leung, "Year One" by Hung Yun Ki, "Line By Line" by Steven Wong and "The Lovebook" by Jianhong Huang. He has also been hired as a model for a TVB program and for different commercials.
