Ashley Sumling

Ashley Sumling is a warm, young girl with a passionate acting ability of versatility that is truly God given. Ashley's character may at times be soft spoken and embodied within a spirit of humility and gracefulness, but on the set she clearly "comes alive" and sets a tone of professionalism and dedication that is second to none. Ashley dreamed of becoming a super star at an early age and being amongst a talented list of family members, she embraced entertainment as a toddler and throughout childhood with participation in talent shows, acting, modeling, runway, singing, playing the violin, voice and dance classes. She attended Cherry Hill School of the Performing Arts located in MI where her acting ability became cultivated and her decision to become an entertainer was born. Being no new comer to the film and television set, she made her debut as an actor in the feature film "Forbidden Fruits" in 2004 and has spent several hours training with her acting coach because of her dramatic acting role changeability on the movie set of Diamond in the Ruff (in production) as a starring role. She has also hosted and premiered in "Youth Under Construction" in 2010, a faith based stage performance promoting the development of leadership and positive attitudes in youth worldwide. Ashley can be currently (2010) viewed as a regular feature on the PBS Kids DPTV television show "Think Squad" on a MI local channel or online at thinksquad.org, and has gratefully taken part in the show's winning of four Golden Emmy Awards in 2010. Ashley has a "natural acting ability" and has an open mind of a sponge that is willing to grasp and learn while given direction on and off the set. With Ashley's persistence, energetic approach and ability she is destined for greatness in the entertainment industry.
