Scarlett Bruns

For over 20 years Scarlett worked as a successful actor in theatre, film, and television. Following her entrepreneurial spirit, and growing curious about the production side of things she founded multiple companies servicing the film and theatre industry as a casting director, producer and writer. In January 2013 Scarlett, among others, spearheaded the #SaveBCFilm movement PSA's. Scarlett cast, produced and coordinated a cast of close to 100 well-known actors and respected film industry professionals, such as Amanda Tapping , Kristin Lehman , Mackenzie Gray and Adrian Holmes , who appeared in front of the camera to show their support for the industry and to educate the public on the benefits of having a thriving film industry in Vancouver. Through her work behind the camera, Scarlett grew curious about the part talent agents played in the filmmaking process and wanted to learn more about what goes into being an agent. For 4 years she worked at various Vancouver based talent agencies applying her experience as an actor, casting director, and producer to help her clients secure work in some of Canada's biggest productions. Scarlett then challenged herself to create a new way of approaching talent management and founded her own agency, Leo Management in 2014.
