Biography

Trevor received his first camera in the 8th grade and first video camera in college where his documentary storytelling tendencies took root. He would regularly take video of his friends and college fraternity brothers and became the fraternity historian. Upon graduating Loyola Marymount University with a degree in mechanical engineering, his first job was at Mattel, Inc., the toy manufacturer. His passion of action sports and wakeboarding took him to Orlando, Florida where he ended up living with world champion wakeboarder Shaun Murray. It wasn't until a trip to India in 2001 when his hobby of video took a turn and became more serious. Putting together several video projects, he started getting paid. His next visit to India was in 2006, where he met Benedict Das, who became the subject of his first feature length documentary film, I Met with an Accident.
