Jennifer Roworth

Jennifer has worked professionally in the film and multi-media industry for over fifteen years joining the National Film Board of Canada Pacific & Yukon Centre in October 2006 as a Production Coordinator and in 2012 became the Studio Manager for both the Pacific & Digital Studios and she now works as the studios Production Supervisor where she supervises all documentary and animation production for the studio. Prior to the NFB, Jennifer was a producer at leading commercial production houses in Toronto (Avion Films, Radke Films etc.) where she honed in on the art of producing stories. She knows how to make the magic happen quickly, efficiently working with large and small budgets and teams and has used this talent to production manage and line produce large and small shoots for the NFB. In 2010 she was on the Executive Board of Director at Women in Film Vancouver until 2012. Jennifer not only works in film but is also a music creator. She is a member of SOCAN as an electronic music producer with her music being released internationally. She is passionate about music and composition and through her company Robot Music, she utilizes her passion to specialize in music creation. As an electronic musician, Jennifer also plays the Theremin and is a member of the first Canadian Theremin Orchestra called VETO (Vancouver's Experimental Theremin Orchestra). Jennifer has licensed her music to films, Amazon Falls (Katrin Bowen) & Rain Down (Alyson Drysdale) and will occasionally remix tracks for video games (Need For Speed - The Run) or score film.
