Lisa's extensive work began by earning Fitness and Figure Modeling titles on an international stage against some of the world's best competitors. Since then she has appeared on LA Muscle TV and The Active Channel and featured in popular fitness magazines like Muscle and Fitness. In addition to performing with British Pro Wrestling Federation, FWA UK, she is an avid spokeswoman for health and fitness and uses her work to promote the importance of a healthy, active lifestyle.
