Celecia Phillips

Celecia Phillips is a NC attorney, actor, stand-in, and background performer. She began working background on the television production One Tree Hill (2009) and worked on over twenty other TV and film productions from 2009-2021. In 2015 she started work as a seamstress and general laborer on wardrobe crew for touring Broadway Shows (2015-2019) at the Wilson Center.
