Emily Dix

Emily Anne Dix was born August 26, 1989 at Scarborough General Hospital in Toronto Ontario, Canada. Raised in Waterloo, a small town just outside of the GTA (Greater Toronto Area), Emily attended public school her whole life. She found her passion for acting around the age of 12 when enrolled in a summer theatre program. Throughout high school, Emily was deeply involved in the arts; she wrote, acted, and directed plays in and out of school, and was involved in a few small films as well. She received awards from the Sears Drama Festival, Drayton Theatre Festival, and Waterloo Regional School Board for her commitment to the arts. Emily enrolled into the Comparative Literature program at the University of Toronto in 2008, and is still continuing her studies. She continues to be involved in theatre and film around Toronto, and is enjoying a successful modeling career as well.
