Jonathan Carlander is an award-winning filmmaker on the autism spectrum. After graduating from high school, Jonathan attended Columbia College Hollywood, where he made "The Pleasing List", a short film about autism and dating. The film won several festival awards and had over 300,000 views on YouTube when it was first posted. Jonathan has also worked as an editor, actor, and assistant editor on short and feature projects for 2929 Productions and Joey Travolta, among others. Jonathan later made "Autistic America" in 2018, telling three stories about three characters on the spectrum. Jonathan also has Misophonia, but nonetheless, he has used his disabilities to educate and inspire others around the world.
