David Liu

David Liu started making films when he was 14 and has since then produced many films. He has also worked as a full-time video-producer for New Creation Church in 2008 developing and producing video content for the church's local and international audience. His works have gained him recognition in several film festivals like the Canon DV Fest and among other independent filmmakers both locally and internationally. Besides production, directing, and editing, David was also involved in the prop-making industry, having been mentored by the Australian prop-makers of Star Wars Episode 2, when it began production in Sydney. David Liu is a visual storyteller who loves to explore and collaborate with diverse styles and formats through the lens of a camera. His shooting credits and experiences include shorts, promos, events, commercials and field documentaries. David and his team has traveled throughout Asia shooting in demanding and diverse environments. With his experience in a variety of projects, he has a unique ability to adapt to an assortment of challenging environments and personalities.
