Keona Welch

Keona Welch is an American Actress. She was born on September 8th, in Washington, D.C., to Tracy Welch, a Paralegal Specialist, and Antonio Brown, a D.C. Government Contract Security Officer. She attended Duke Ellington School of the Arts, and later graduated from Rutgers University. She now lives in Brooklyn, New York.
