Raisa Mihai is a Romanian film actress .She was born on 2000 in Bucuresti, Romania. She graduated from National Music College "George Enescu" and National University of Music in Bucharest.In 2009, she plays first role in the movie Ho Ho Ho.Known for work in films With Open Arms (2017), Aventurile lui Nelly (2016) and Scris/Nescris (2016).
