Tarek is the lead vocalist and guitarist for the alternative rock duo, "The Blue Stones". The duo have toured extensively throughout North America, as well as Europe and the UK. The Blue Stones were nominated for a Juno in 2020 in the category of, "Breakthrough Group of the Year". Their singles "Black Holes" and "Shakin' Off The Rust" have charted within the top 10 at Active Rock radio in the US and Canada. "Black Holes" has also charted within the top 100 for Billboard's Rock category.
