Born in the Belgian coast city of Ostend, he was a proud citizen of the capital of Europe, Brussels, for over ten years, but made Antwerp his new home town.
Started working for alternative radio station Studio Brussel when he was almost nineteen. Hosted shows there, and did a lot of behind the scenes stuff as well.
Most proud of the humoristic quiz show about music 'French Quiz' which he set in motion and helped produce during three successful seasons (people still remember the show after all those years). Proud too of a reinvigorated season of 'Collage' which featured the now renowned writer Dimitri Verhulst as the host.
At this moment he's mainly known as the voice of the radio news on the five stations of public broadcaster VRT: Studio Brussel (his old love), MNM, Radio 1 and 2, and Klara. In that respect got asked to voice some TV and film projects too, something he wants to pursue more in the future.
Major founded the popular cultural website Cutting Edge in 2002. What started as a personal blog almost before the word was even invented, the site is now taken care of by more than 100 volunteers. Together they're steering towards new adventures, which took them to the Netherlands too, in 2010.
And finally, he's more active as a DJ than ever. Started spinning records at the age of 16, now turning the dance floors ablaze across the country with tracks from all sorts of genres. From pop to dubstep, house to drum 'n' bass, rock to electro.
