Jack Vero

Jack Vero is the founder of Pilot Pig Productions and the writer, producer, and director of teen romantic comedy, Cherries and Clover. Jack was born on January 30, 1989 in Toronto, Ontario. He attended St. Theresa of Lisieux CHS in Richmond Hill and studied Writing at York University. Despite scoring a GPA in the 95th percentile of his faculty, he dropped out after second year. Jack founded Pilot Pig Productions on April 18, 2008 in preparation for his upcoming project, Cherries and Clover. Jack first conceived the idea of Cherries and Clover at age 17, while still in high school. Having recently changed his career ambitions from medicine to filmmaking, he set out to produce a professional grade feature film shot entirely by teenagers. Having no prior experience in filmmaking, and no real budget, it was widely considered a naive, or perhaps even "impossible" undertaking. The film is now complete and due to be released Summer 2012.
