Shawn Gerrard

Born in Toronto, Ontario, Shawn Gerrard is an alumnus of the Toronto International Film Festival's TIFF Filmmaker Lab and York University's Film Production and Screenwriting program. In 2020, Shawn received the Hudson Bay Foundation's Fellowship at the Toronto International Film Festival. Shawn's films have often depicted characters looking to contextualize a personal identity.
