Frédéric Chane-son

After serious deliberations about being a musician, Frederic Chane-son opted to channel his passions into film. He graduated from Université Lumière Lyon 2 (France) with a Cinema Honours Degree. In the mean time, he practiced student filmmaking to define personal questionings and style. Late 2008, producer Vincent Michaud from 2017 Films financed Chane-son's first professional short film "Les Promesses de l'Aube" (Beautiful Awakenings) with supporting emergent talent association Mireage Productions. As a first step to recognition of his work, the film was selected in more than 10 film festivals worldwide including New York, Paris and Geneva.
