Leigh has mainly done live theatre she started life as a dancer who practically live at Butlins her First major role was as a Butlins Beaver. In a season long run of the Butlins story a musical depicting the life of Billy Butlin, She spent many years as a redcoat and went on to perform in Dubai telling Ramadan Stories. She has done live theatre tours including working for the Panto Company Her Television works include a number of adverts for car craft, Butlins and Vodafone as well as being part of the cast for various one of series like Blackpool and nightmare in suburbia and joining long running shows like Waterloo road
