Soraya Mateo

Born in Santo Domingo on Decembre 9, 1979. She always love writing since high school when she wrote her first short novel "Tentation" that was very popular between her classmates. Graduated in Law and worked in the area for a few years until started her career in the Dominican movie industry in 2006. Since then, has prepared herself as a screenwriter, producer and director, also in some other areas of production like editing and photography. She did some acting in a TV series and one of her short films. Member of DR Film Commission and the Dominican Assosiation of Filmakers.
