After growing up in the Lakes Region area in New Hampshire, Rick moved to Tallahasee, Florida where he got his A.A. from Tallahassee Community College. He then moved to Dallas, Texas for a little over a year before finally settling into Brooklyn, NY, where graduated from Brooklyn College with a B.A. in Screenwriting. Rick was originally inspired to work on movies after his Dad took him to see Pulp Fiction at the age of 13. This began an appreciation of independent cinema at a young age and a love of New Hollywood filmmakers (Scorsese, Coppola, Peckinpah, DePalma, Malick and Kubrick) that carries over today.
