Biography

Marie Leguizamo is an Emmy-nominated executive producer with extensive experience in both U.S. Hispanic and Latin American television production. Leguizamo has produced unscripted television for nearly 20 years and her vision and concepts have led to record-breaking ratings and successes. She has been recognized twice by the International Emmy association with nominations for her work on La Voz Kids and was recently nominated for a Daytime Emmy for her work on Amazon Prime series Last One Laughing (LOL). In October 2019, Leguizamo signed an overall development deal with Endemol Shine Boomdog, a division of Endemol Shine North America. Leguizamo, who is based at the company's Los Angeles office, develops and produces unscripted content in both Spanish and English. Leguizamo has produced such Spanish-language hit series as La Voz Kids for Telemundo, Pequeños Gigantes USA for Univision and Endemol Shine Boomdog's top-rated series Mira Quien Baila for Univision. Leguizamo has also produced numerous network performance/competition shows including two seasons of Carnival Corporations' La Gran Sorpresa, as well as Viva El Sueño, Premios Juventud and El Juego de Oro, Billboard All Access and Jencarlos Canela En Concert.
