Zen Josey

Zen Josey was raised on the island of Hawaii in Kealakekua - Kona. While growing up on the island where her parents owned a video rental store she fell in love with films and acting at an early age as she lent a hand restocking the many colorful video cassettes on the shelves of her family's store. Zen pursued this interest by attending workshops and productions at the Aloha Performing Art Center under the instruction of Jerry Tracy. Her family later moved to the mainland of Southern California were Zen pursued her passion for acting and enrolled as a Theatre Major at the Orange County High School of the Arts, in Santa Ana, California. She also studied at the Pacific Coast Academy of Dance, attended Acting Classes at South Coast Repertory, and in 2006 Zen achieved her B.A. in Theatre Arts from California State University, Fullerton. She has performed in many theatre and film productions in both Orange County and Hollywood and is continuing to refine her craft.
