Originally coming from an investment banking and real estate development background; involved in family business' from an operational capacity in the Middle East that engaged in mutual fund(s) management, corporate and residential real estate development and various other business' and ventures in the public equities and commodities sectors. Over the past 7 years, heavily engaged in the entertainment business from writing, directing to being a Development Exec at a start-up Prodco in Los Angeles. Thorough understanding and experience in identifying and developing high quality properties, in both franchise-oriented and original pictures. A challenge oriented team player, with the ability to work closely with myriad of creative and marketing executives on structuring slate strategies; moreover, utilized strong sales techniques and professional proficiency to collateralize with other parties on lucrative acquisitions that have proved beneficial for respective parties. Positive attitude with vehement entrepreneurial and creative spirit. In January of 2015 I found and launched Abraxas Entertainment in Los Angeles, a fully vertically integrated entertainment company engaged in the development, packaging and production of content across all genres in the venues of film and television. Our objectives are twofold: diligence in developing material that is commercially viable, but, more imperatively, we're committed to collaborating with the youngest, most tenacious storytellers who aren't afraid to challenge the audience, intellectually and emotionally. As a company, we're compassionate and passionate about the material we develop because we believe that cinema is a lethal form of empathy and more specifically, a beautiful and invigorating journey to cultural, social and political progress worldwide.
