Andrew DeCesare is an upcoming energetic entrepreneur of film. He graduated from Washington State University, in May of 2008, with two degrees (Broadcast Production & Theater) and a career already in the fast lane. During his sophomore year he and a business partner designed and sold an online text book rental company, Chegg.com. After graduation, he turned down a six figure salary to follow his heart and dreams to Hollywood. Summer 2008, Andrew arrived in Los Angeles with little money saved and a contact book empty. After six months of hustling and working for free he landed his first production job on the set of Avatar. The job that was supposed to only be temporary, but because of his work ethic and dedication, it turned into 18 months of work and close working relationship with James Cameron. From that moment on, Andrew spent the next five years working for Michael Bay (Transformers 3 & 4), Christopher Nolan (Dark Knight Rises) & Katy Perry (Katy Perry: Part of me), and Allegra Clegg on the set of Paranormal Activity 4. After working with Michael Bay on Transformers 4, Andrew joined forces with Mike Gunther at 5150 Action. Mike and Andrew spent hundreds of hours on the set of Transformers and shortly after filming Mike offered Andrew the position of Vice President of Creative Development. Since joining forces the two have continued to deliver amazing action to films across town (Scouts V Zombies, Star Trek 3, Transformers 5) while developing their own projects. With only a few years of working together under their belts, they have already developed multiple projects; Rogue Warfare 1, 2, 3, Silent Kill, Smash, and many more. Production for Rogue Warfare will start February 2017. The entertainment industry is expecting big things from Andrew DeCesare, and with over eight years of major motion picture experience, you can count on major success.
