Biography

Jotagá Crema is a director and screenwriter. He dropped Mechatronic Engineering studies to attend to Audiovisual studies at USP (University of São Paulo) in 2010. He works as a screenwriter and director since 2007. He wrote and directed the series "3%", the first Netflix Original series in Brazil launched in 2016 which was a renewed for a next season. He co-created, written and directed the series "Experimentos Extraordinários" (Extraordinary Experiments - Cartoon Network and Futura 2014-15, Netflix 2016), co-created and developed "Cinelab" (Universal Channel, 3 seasons: 2014, 2015 and 2016), co-created, developed and wrote the animation series "S.O.S. Fada Manu" (S.O.S. Fairy Manu - Gloob, 2 seasons: 2015 and 2016, nominated to International Emmy Kids Awards 2016). And worked as head director of the series "O Zoo da Zu" (The Zoo of Zu - Discovery Kids, 2016).
