Born in Berkshire, UK, Nick has always had a passion for storytelling. Before he could write he got his Gran to write his stories down for him, and when he was seven he got 9 ½ out of 10 for The Soldier Who Lost His Shadow, which was very nearly three pages long.
After a lot of theatre during the meanwhilst, and writing a novel, at 25 Nick moved to London to work in film. While set running and working up the AD chain, Nick began to make his own films, starting with sketches and onto longer shorts.
In September 2008 Nick established Keen City in part as a vehicle for the British Lion award winning short Alleyman, which he co-wrote and co-produced.
Through Keen City, Nick has gone on to develop and direct numerous acclaimed shows and films, from the online miniseries Ted Burns - Search For Santa to Britain Today, The Tyrant's Cup and Reality Mine, among others.
