Mary Lycel Millan

Mary Lycel Millan is from Davao City, Philippines. She graduated college with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and then thereafter took up Law and graduated 2011. She is currently based in Muscat, Oman working as a Sr. Administrator in a hygiene company.
