Cody Calahan

Cody Calahan was born in 1982 in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. He is a writer, director and producer best known for Vicious Fun (2020), The Oak Room (2020), Let Her Out (2016), and the Antisocial film series. In 2020, The Hollywood News called Calahan "something of a chameleon when it comes to telling stories" while his newest thriller, The Oak Room, was hailed by iHorror as "a deep study in storytelling with a hard-hitting finish." The Oak Room went on to win the top audience awards at both the Fantasia Film Festival (Montreal, Canada) and Grimmfest (Manchester, England). Calahan's next feature, the retro horror-comedy Vicious Fun, is set for release in 2021. Calahan is the co-owner of the award-winning Canadian production house Black Fawn Films, along with director Chad Archibald. He resides in Toronto, Ontario with his family.
