Biography

Kristen Nedopak is an award-winning Writer, Producer, Host and Nature Witch who uses her creative work to inspire others and activate change in the world. Nedopak was born in Western NY to retired school teacher and photographer Tony Nedopak and retired librarian Alice McAnelly. After graduating from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Communications and a concentration in acting, she spent the next two decades working on camera in over 30 films and commercials. In 2009, Nedopak jumped on the digital bandwagon as as early adopter, writing and producing her own digital content to include one of the first comedy series on YouTube called Pucker (2009-2010); the award-nominated, viral series The Skyrim Parodies (2012); and Late to the Game (2015), which earned Nedopak the International Academy of Web Television's "Best Host" award. Other nominees included Larry King and Wil Wheaton. Nedopak wanted to help more genre-based independent creators in film, TV, comics and gaming be seen, so in 2013, she created and show ran the first-ever Hollywood award show for geeks -The Geekie Awards - acquiring nearly .3 million in funding and integrating top brands such as Gibson and PepsiCo into a full scale live production for broadcast in 125 countries online. The live show aired on Twitch and garnered over 3 billion in media from 2013-2015; and featured Stan Lee, Seth Green, Kevin Smith, LeVar Burton and other top talent. In 2017, her television pilot script for Éire's Song, a one-hour original historical-fantasy drama about Celtic magic in Ireland, won several awards including Best Television Pilot finalist at CANNES, Best Script winner of both the London International Festival of World Cinema and the Fantasy / Sci-Fi Film & Screenplay Competition, and Best One-Hour Drama finalist for the New York Screenplay Competition and LA Femme International Film Fest, to name a few. After a successful festival run, Nedopak chose to turn the story into book trilogy (in progress). In 2020, to coincide with her book series, Nedopak founded The Magick Grove, a conscious community for people changing the world-with magick. Aside from offering courses, Kristen hosts a weekly live show called Tea & Magick to connect healers, transformational coaches and leaders in the spiritual community with a captive audience. The Magick Grove helps humans tap into Mother Nature to discover their innate power and assists them in finding their next spiritual guide. With a unique background as a creator in both the technology and entertainment industries, along with her psychic and spiritual gifts, Kristen's expertise lies in helping people find their power and creating connected human experiences that benefit the evolution of all mankind.
