Biography

Ave Racine was born and raised in New England and is of French and Thai descent. Raised in a multi-cultural environment in her early years, Ave appreciates the role diversity has played in her life. Ave was first introduced to film and video as a student when she was recruited to develop marketing for the feature film Bad Timing, shot in Zambia, Africa. Her 'make it happen' attitude and diplomatic approach to interpersonal communications earned her additional roles as director / producer of the Voice of an African Nation documentary and line producer for the feature Bad Timing. Filming of the feature and documentary took place over four weeks in Lusaka and Livingstone, Zambia, Africa. Upon her return to the United States, Ave has produced and directed videos for causes such as Movember, the United Way and Habitat for Humanity, as well as corporate videos. Ave earned a small role in the short film 'Because...the World is Round.'
