Biography

Edina graduated in Media Science and Communication, specializing in Public Relations at one of the highest ranked universities in Europe. Subsequently, she studied Producing and Business and Management of Entertainment at UCLA. Closing her education journey, she obtained her Masters degree with an honor of Magna Cum Laude in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Business. She has worked on many feature films and TV shows across the globe as a Producer and supervised marketing and communication strategies. From 2002-2007, she worked in a television industry. Her first job as a producer was a documentary, called Kivulallo (Outsider) in 2007. In 2008, she produced two feature films: Pillangok (Butterflies) and a completely different genre, Alom.net. In 2009, Alom.net was the 2nd most watched Hungarian film on the viewership list for feature films broadcast on Hungarian Television and the 21st most watched film in 2009, beating out a number of American blockbusters, like Mr.&Mrs.Smith and James Bond. In 2010, she produced two television series. She created the first DreamBuilders fictional socio-documentary film in Hungary, in which the lives of seriously disadvantaged families and their children were changed for the better, giving them a new chance in life. Then came the Diplomat Hunter series, a very popular and entertaining comedy. In 2011, she was coordinating the preproduction of two major international co-productions as line producer. In 2012, Edina moved to Los Angeles. She works as an Executive Producer at Minted Content.
