Eleanor Capaldi

Eleanor had an interest in performing from a young age, which mainly took the form of dancing. As she got older she drifted away from dancing and invested more time and energy into acting. She has performed with the Scottish Youth Theatre and the National Youth Theatre. She has also performed at the Citizens' Theatre and the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama. Eleanor graduated with a First Class BA (Hons) Communication and Mass Media degree. Her first feature film, filmed during her Honours year studies at university, was nominated for the Michael Powell Award at the Edinburgh International Film Festival in 2007. My Life as a Bus Stop is a satire on showbusiness, poking fun at everything from culture shows to the Edinburgh International Film Festival itself.
