Felix Jerry Droz

Felix Jerry Droz was born in the great lake State. While his grandparents remained in L.A. both his parents moved from Los Angeles to Farmington Hills, Michigan shortly before he was born. He was raised by his Father who was a remodeling Contractor and Mother, had three sisters and no brothers . He left Michigan soon after being expelled during his last year of High School for not conforming to the school's rules and regulations . After being kicked out of School and while still a teenager he moved to Venice, California where he worked as a dishwasher, cook at a Taco stand, house painter and at 18 years of age moved in with a lady two years his senior in, Venice, California . He later met another woman and moved into her apartment where they both lived in, Santa Monica but the relationship didn't last long . He moved out and after moving around between, Venice, Santa Monica and Malibu ended up in, Berkeley, California where he yet met another lady who attended the University of California at Berkeley . He moved in with her in an apartment she had off the " Avenue " in, Berkeley . That lasted a couple of months but, Berkeley wasn't his kind of place and he ended up back in & around, Santa Monica . Eventually he completed his last year of School by getting his general education diploma or G.E.D . then while hitch - hiking up to Big Sur, California from, Southern California one day he met a couple of students from the University of California at Santa Barbara who gave him a lift and invited him to stay at their apartment in, Isla Vista when he returned . After visiting there he soon took a love of Santa Barbara County and moved up to, Isla Vista and lived both on, Camino Del Sur & Del Playa Street known for its heavy weekend parties which ran along and above the Ocean . While in, Isla Vista he attended a junior college in Santa Barbara and continued working as a house painter and in the Construction trades while going through College to make ends meet . After School and with his love of the water he joined the Navy and became an advanced electronics technician while stationed in, San Diego, California but never got as far as three months in the military after he was found to be unadaptable to military life . Before being discharged he was sent to spend two short days in the brig and giving gratitude to the Navy, still managed to get out with an honorable discharge . After getting out he moved back to Santa Barbara where he got his State realestate license and three State Contractor's licenses . With the money he made doing loans, and working as a Contractor he bought several delapidated houses that he successfully flipped . He remains living close - in to Santa Barbara to this very day in a house with a view of the mountains as an actor, doing Realestate deals and Part time land Developer .
