Johnny Florio

With a passionate heart for making a difference Johnny carried his entrepreneurial spirit into the world of filmmaking. He began his journey as a successful entrepreneur launching everything from sporting brands, natural health products, and demolition businesses. While on the set of Spike Lee's Miracle at St. Anna (2008) Johnny discovered an incredible medium to realise his dreams. A highlight was the feature-length Raw: The Documentary (2017) made through his company Memates Productions, the story of a couple in their sixties who ran 366 consecutive marathons around Australia.
