Paige Bierma

Paige Bierma is an Emmy-winning filmmaker and video producer based in San Francisco, California. She won an Emmy in June, 2013 from the National Academy of Television and Arts (NATAS), Northern California chapter, for her documentary, A Brush With the Tenderloin. A native of Des Moines, Iowa, Bierma worked as a print journalist for 10 years - including five as a correspondent in Mexico City, Mexico - before moving back to the Bay Area and pursuing documentary film. Her journalistic chops and story-telling experience have translated well to film.
