Maíra Carvalho

Winner of the Best Production Design award at the Gramado Film Festival in 2015, for the movie "The Last Drive-In Theater", Maíra Carvalho is a production designer, producer and researcher, working in the industry since 2002. She has a bachelor degree in History and a masters degree in Communication (both from the University of Brasília), and postgraduate studies in Cinema History and Aesthetics (Spain) and Art History. To this day, Maíra has been part of several motion picture, theatre and advertising productions.
