Paul Hughes

Paul Hughes is currently (as of Aug 2011) serving as the chief of staff at the United States Institute of Peace, an independent nonpartisan federal agency that serves as the nation's center for conflict management. Through its work in conflict zones, its staff works to prevent and mitigate conflict, and to help those societies in conflict to stabilize their states so they can begin the long peace-building process.
