Farkhot Abdullaev

Born in 1956 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Scriptwriter and director. In 1979 he graduated from the history faculty of the Tajik State University. In 1989 he graduated from the faculty of film and television directing of VGIK, Moscow. Since 1990 he has been the art director of the Haoma studio. He made his first feature film, 'Stranger's Game' in 1991. He also directs documentaries. Now lives and works in Moscow.
