Alison Winter is an English writer, producer and performer. Originally from Reading, Berkshire, Alison acted with the Progress Theatre as a teen until her move to London to study Modern Drama and Film at Brunel University. She performed with a variety of musical theatre companies in London and in Long Beach, California. In 2005, Alison wrote and produced her first stage play, The Conversation, which was performed at Teatro Technis. She moved to LA in December 2008 and in 2010 formed her own digital production company, Relative Dimension Productions. 'Divine White's Introduction to Hollywood' was released in April 2011 and nominated for TV by the LA Comedy Awards after just two episodes. Alison wrote, produced and directed the webseries, as well as playing the title role of mystic mentor Divine White. She has continued to collaborate on a variety of creative projects in both London and Los Angeles.
