Aggie Alando-Hoffer is a political scientist who features in programs highlighting the preservation of heritage skills and cultural capital. A multilingual and full lyric soprano, Aggie writes poetry in English and French, to gently blend lyricism with the contemporary poetic heartbeat and spirit. Amondyi is her middle name, and she also graces the catwalk. Aggie has extensive business management skills and a teamwork award gained over the years working with multinational organizations in the Information Technology and Telecommunications sectors in Paris, France. Aggie lives in Paris France, with her husband Pierre. Pierre is the love of her life. He is an executive director in an Information Technology Fortune 500 company. Aggie has a French godson, Pierre has a Kenyan goddaughter, and they look forward to one day becoming parents. Aggie was born in the nineteen seventies in Nairobi, Kenya. Her passion for academia, literature, technology, the arts, as well as her zest for life, are influences of her mother and father. Her brothers and sisters work in International Organizations, Education, Banking, Fine Art, Music production and Graphic Design. Aggie has an MA honors in International Politics from the Sorbonne University, and graduated with honors from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris. She is the first Kenyan graduate of both prestigious French institutions of higher learning.
