Biography

Cyrus Mallare first joined the Filipino-American boy band Innerlude in 1998 which was featured on the single "I Don't Wanna Go On" in Billboard's Top Hot 100. The group opened up for notable performers like NSync & Destiny's Child across the U.S. In 2001, Cyrus left the group to form 6th Day with Andrey Silva & Errol Viray (of the Filipino-American group KAI) and Jose Penala (American Idol, Season 5). The group performed on Showtime at the Apollo and opened up for Ray Charles as well as the 2005 Phillipines Tour. The band parted ways in 2006. Cyrus is now an active member with the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus, has been a featured soloist and has performed alongside Tony & Grammy legends including Andrew Lippa, Laura Benanti, Matt Alber & Stephen Schwartz.
