Evan English

Evan English grew up in a suburb of Boston Massachusetts, and first started studying acting at Boston University. Evan started his acting career in New York off Broadway grabbing parts in plays such as "Love in a Taxi," and "In Your Dreams." Evan then nabbed smaller featured roles in various feature films such as Almost Famous, What Planet Are You From?, Coyote Ugly, Star Trek: Insurrection, and TV series such as The West Wing, Jack & Jill, Star Trek: Enterprise and E.R. Evan English portrayed recurring Starfleet Officer and Helmsman "Ensign Tanner," on Star Trek: Enterprise on all four seasons of the show. Evan also portrayed many aliens on the show over all four years such as the recurring Xindi Insectoid Captain, Klingon, Xindi Reptillian and Pilgrim Alien. In all, Evan is appearing in 37 out of 98 episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise.
