Dee Barnes

Dee Barnes, a.k.a. Sista D, is a music journalist and Grammy Award-nominated rapper, first drawing attention as one half of the West Coast female duo Body & Soul. She shot to wider fame as the host of the hip hop news show Pump It Up! on Fox. Barnes was the first woman to host such a program on broadcast television.
