An aspiring filmmaker since the age of 8, but the cards dealt by life kept him away until the age of 40. As a member of the Top One Percent Society (TOPS), Charles sees the universe in a unique way. The stories he writes and directs are describing that universe with lots of back-story, symbolism, metaphors, witted historical connections and intertwined threads.
