Alain Deslongchamps

Born in Canada, Alain Deslongchamps is a bilingual film director and photographer who did share his time between North America and Europe since the year 2000. As a film director, BA in Communication from the Université du Québec À Montréal, he initially studied filmmaking and screenwriting with awarded filmmaker Mrs Cristiana Nicolae M.F.A. in Montreal. In 2004, he participated in one of the filmmaking programs at the New-York Film Academy in Los Angeles. During this period, he produced and directed a short fiction film titled "Five Minutes" and also collaborated on many students films. He recently directed and produced a short fiction comedy titled "Good Vibes" with Canadian partners. Together, they co-founded Imagine Films communication, a film production structure dedicated to the production of original fiction content, in Montreal, Canada. A new short film project is currently in development as well as a feature film. His work has been presented in different events and film festivals in Canada, France, United States, Ireland, Turkey, Sweden and Switzerland.
