Dominique Mougenot was born in France and move to the States in the late 90s and become an US Citizen. Since 30 years Dominique is producing and most of the time directing documentary for French Television with an international co-production deal and sales . Dominique is specialized in long series , 30 episodes or more, on the same subject, most of them historical. He also have produced and directed French version of US production , more than 600 hour of localization . Dominique is the perfect connection between USA and France for production or co-production , traveling every month in between the 2 continents.
