Luca Dal Canto

Born in Livorno (Leghorn, Tuscany, Italy). Graduated in DAMS (Arts and Performing Arts - University of Florence 2004) Graduated in Cinema and Multimedial Production (University of Pisa - 2006) Independent author of documentaries, short films and backstage, he works as First or Second AD with some italian directors (Enrico Oldoini, Francesca Marra, Sergio Rubini, Daniele Luchetti, Fausto Brizzi, Paolo Genovese & Luca Miniero, Paolo Costella...). He has won 21 prizes with his shorts "Due giorni d'estate" (2014) e "Il cappotto di lana" (2012). "Due giorni d'estate" (Two days in summer) has been presented at Short Film Corner af Cannes Film Festival 2014 and sold in two continents.
