Dr. Motte was born on July 9, 1960 in Spandau-Berlin, Germany as Matthias Roeingh. He is a composer, known for Dr. Motte & WestBam: Sunshine (1997), Dr. Motte & WestBam: Love Parade 2000 (One World One Love Parade) (2000) and Dr. Motte & WestBam: Love Parade 1998 (One World One Future) (1998).
