Isabel Samaras was born in New York City. She now lives in San Francisco. She is a wife, mother, daughter, and artist. She is influenced by classic TV shows, cheesy B-flicks, hip-hop, comics, pop culture, etc. Some of the characters in her paintings are Morticia Addams, The Lone Ranger, Captain Kirk and Mr. Spock, Pee Wee Herman and many more. Isabel is also the author of On Tender Hooks.
