Jan Svoboda was born on September 12, 1940 in Jicín, Protektorát Cechy a Morava [now Czech Republic]. He was an actor, known for Prodlouzený cas (1984), A Report on the Party and Guests (1966) and The Joke (1969). He died on December 6, 2019 in Prague, Czech Republic.
